Shipping and returns
Shipped from the European Union
All Droio orders are prepared from warehouses located in the European Union. For deliveries to addresses in the EU there are no customs duties and no customs formalities.
Delivery times
Indicative delivery times are 3–7 working days from payment confirmation. Times may vary depending on the carrier, destination country and peak periods.
Tracking
When the parcel is handed to the carrier, you receive an email with a link to track the shipment online.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs (handling, packaging and carriage) are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Separate orders cannot be merged: each order generates its own shipment and charges.
Risk of loss or damage
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the consumer upon delivery (Italian Consumer Code).
Returns and right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, as described in the Terms and Conditions. Return shipping for withdrawal is paid by the customer; for defective or non-conforming products, return shipping is paid by Droio. Returns are not handled automatically on the website: to start a withdrawal or a return for a defect, write to support@droio.com.
