Shipping and returns
Shipped from the European Union
All Droio orders are prepared from warehouses located in the European Union. For deliveries to addresses in the EU there are no customs duties and no customs formalities.
Delivery times
Indicative delivery times are 3–7 working days from payment confirmation. Times may vary depending on the carrier, destination country and peak periods.
Tracking
When the parcel is handed to the carrier, you receive an email with a link to track the shipment online.
Free shipping
Shipping to addresses in the European Union is free on all Droio orders (handling, packaging and carriage included). Separate orders cannot be merged: each order generates its own shipment.
Risk of loss or damage
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the consumer upon delivery (Italian Consumer Code).
Returns and right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal. Operational details (fees, method, refunds) are on the dedicated Returns and refunds page. Returns are not handled automatically on the site: write to support@droio.com. Full legal text is in the Terms and Conditions.
