Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Scope
These terms govern the distance selling of products through droio.com, operated by EUROMART DI DI FRAIA FLAVIO, VAT IT09831321212, registered office at VIA A. POLIZIANO 6, 81030, CASTEL VOLTURNO (CE) ("Droio"). Purchases are reserved for adult consumers.
2. Products and prices
Prices are in Euro, VAT included, and do not include shipping costs, which are shown separately before order confirmation. Droio may change prices at any time; orders are charged at the prices in force at confirmation.
3. Orders and conclusion of contract
The order placed by the customer constitutes a contractual offer. The contract is concluded when Droio sends the shipping confirmation. Droio may refuse anomalous orders or orders not compliant with these terms.
4. Delivery
Products are shipped from warehouses located in the European Union. For deliveries to addresses in the EU there are no customs duties. Indicative delivery times are 3–7 working days from payment confirmation and may vary for reasons beyond Droio's control. More details on the Delivery page.
5. Payment
The payment methods listed at checkout are accepted (currently: bank wire, cheque, cash on delivery). Droio does not store full payment card data.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the products without giving reasons (Art. 52 ff. Italian Consumer Code), by writing to support@droio.com. Products must be returned intact. Return shipping for withdrawal is paid by the customer. For defective or non-conforming products, return shipping is paid by Droio. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the return.
7. Legal guarantee of conformity
Products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity under Art. 128 ff. of the Italian Consumer Code. In case of defects, contact support@droio.com.
8. Data processing
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of their place of residence or domicile. ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
